Have you tried MDG their annoying infomercial is on every night .I've heard from friends that the Canadian assembled computers are pretty good.They use Microsoft and the usual components like every one else.

Try ordering one from Dell online. They will put you through a credit approval process, but I found getting computers (desktop and laptop) from them laughably easy.
