Ive noticed that my words seem to flow so gracefully out of paper, but when I talk, I just seem to be blowing alot of hot air. My words run together, I forget what I am saying, I tend to say thing like "that thing'...or 'what ever its called' or 'you know what im saying'". When I write...you can understand me!
Dont you wish sometimes that we could have those big cartoony bubbles above our head that states everything so clearly and we wouldnt even have to open our mouth? I sometimes wish there were and check often to see if one magically appears, then maybe when hubby and I get into an arguement, he will 'see' what I am saying and not choose to have selective hearing and hear only the things he wants to hear!

Merry Christmas!

I am the same way. I studder over my words. Its like my brain is running a faster than my lips. I can type 140 words per mintue so when i type or write to my friends, short stories..I am always like. WOW! That was me! Its a matter of self confidence in yourself. In your head, you don't have to impress anyone standing in front of you. You are free to type or write as you feel emotionally with out anyone judging you right away.

I do write better than I speak. I get nervous when talking in front of people or to strangers, so I tend to mumble. I'm better at expressing my thoughts on paper. One reason could be that when I talk I have my southern accent and all of the local dialect... you know, "Hey yall, I'm fixin' to ride down to the store, who wonts a co-cola?". I don't always speak in proper english, but I do write in it =)

Merry Christmas to you too!

i'm short with words when I talk. I don't talk fluently. I always have to search for words when having a conversation. people often thought I came from another country or spoke broken english LOLzz. I feel better when I type/write. I get my thoughts and feelings across. it seems like my fingers have a mind of their own.

I can talk and or write in many languages, and I am a very smooth talker. I have an unimaginably expansive vocabulary, but I use it mostly for talking because it is vocab( root vocal)
