There are many ways, as listed below:
1. Through a network
2. Through the internet
3. Through a removable storage device (thumb drive, CD, floppy disk... )
4. Moving hard drives from one computer to another
5. And many less popular methods - Serial cables, USB cables, even bluetooth.
It depends on whether which one is convenient to you.

Just network the two computers together with an ethernet cable and share files between them. That would be the easiest way to do it. If you don't have the right connections for that, then you could just transfer the files to a disc and then put them on the other computer. If you don't have a disc driver, then you could always get a jump drive to save the files to that you could plug into the USB outlet. Other than that, I don't know. Good luck.

if u have a router connected to both computers, u could transfer using that or u could use a usb drive.
