Moonlight Sonata is another one by Beethoven. There are countless versions on the internet that range in difficulty from very easy to very difficult. Canon in D is another well-known piece that is easy to play. My personal favorites are anything from Chopin. And Regina Spektor's music is easy to play, but for the most part there is no melody to the piano music itself because she sings it.
