Historically probably Hitler.

In the US and much of the world perhaps Bin Laden.

Hugo Chavez could make that list for a lot of folks too.

Our President Bush tops that list for a lot of people in the world also.

I think he's a poor leader, but I don't hate him.

For me Bin Laden, I think, Chavez is close.

At some pt it was Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein was high on the list too. But Dubya has topped them both now. Bush is a killer, just like them.
