If yes to first question, would it need to be done [manufactured] at a slow speed., and then would it play on a DVD player?

Not all CD players can play MP3's, so unless it is a special promo CD, all audio CDs are usually in uncompressed audio.

DVD players are not required to play MP3 files. So unless a player specifies that it supports MP3 playback you will not be able to playback any CDs with MP3s

yes and no on the dvd player. cds are ment to play on PCs. every now and then thy come with dvds for doing just that.
