When you get up and pee or move has no effect on whether or not you get pregnant.
Doctors will tell women who are having a hard time getting pregnant to lay with a pillow under their butts, but its only a placebo effect, since it tends to calm women down enough to allow themselves to get pregnant if they feel they can control it.
The initial ejaculation forces all the sperm needed to conceive through the tiny opening of the cervix. From there the sperm use your natural mucus and lubricants to reach the fallopian tubes and the awaiting egg. What comes out when you stand up after sex was useless anyway. It wont some how eek through the cervix and into the womb if you stick your feet over your head... its not physically possible :)

Beleive me honey, if getting up right after sex would keep a woman from getting pregnant it would be the #1 form of birth control in the world! You would have woman jumping up immediately after making love and jumping up and down to shake the sperm out! lol....actually the sperm are where they need to be when the man ejaculates and no matter how quickly you stood up it would not matter.
However...(there is always a however) when a woman has been trying to get pregnant for some time and has not had any success that is one of the first things that she is told to try, before more drastic measures are called for. When you are having trouble conceiving, just to give the sperm a little head start, woman are advised to lie on their back with a pillow under their hips for 15 minutes to a half an hour. Assuming that the sperm are for some reason having a bit of trouble getting where they belong this can be a big help. It can make all the difference for some women.
But, in your average situation it really makes no difference. If I was trying to get pregnant tho I would stay lying down for a little while just for what ever good it might do.
Take care and good luck.
Blessings

The sperm will start swimming up regardless.
I've heard it's best to lay down and prop your hips up for 30 minutes to help the sperm slide through the cervix while trying to conceive though not necessary.

If you are wanting to increase your chances, i would lay on my back for about 20 minutes, although sperm does swim upward, a lot of times half don't even make it or they go to the wrong tube, I would def suggest giving them the best chances.

Try to say laying down for at leaset 15 mintues or so to allow every sperm to have a chance. Also try to have him penitrate you deep when he goes to have the best chance at getting there. Good luck!

It only takes a couple seconds for the sperm to get where they are going, but you do up your odds slightly by letting them sit so more of them have a chance to get in there.
