Do I have a good chance of conceiving this month if I had sex at least every other day or every day and had some cervical mucus? Does anyone think that maybe the reason that women can't get pregnant right away could because maybe they don't do it enough {not that it's their fault or anything!} I haven't really been stressed this month so hopefully I get my BFP. I have had sore boobs, a little mild mild cramping once in a while and I been gassy. Are those symptoms of ovulation at all?? Well thanks to everyone, have a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah and TONS of Baby Dust!!!

Most women dont get pregnant right away because the chances of conceiving even if egg and sperm are present in the body is only 25%. Sperm arent very smart... and your environment isnt exactly conducive to their survival. Plus you're trying to get these little dumb swimmers to find an egg that is only viable for 24-36 hours out of every cycle.
Having sex all the time actually lowers your mans sperm count. It takes on average 72 hours for the testicles to replenish the sperm count after each ejaculation. Having sex every other day is useful, but not as useful as just enjoying the time when it arises.
Just have sex, and be pregnant. It will happen. Dont worry.
Theres an absolutely excellent chance that you are pregnant this month, because you have been purposefully trying to get pregnant. Jsut sit back and relax until you can take a test.
Penis in, baby out! It really is that easy. Although theres something about stupid teenagers that has some sort of mathematical law that increases their chances exponentially, while the rest of of could have sex for eight months and not get pregnant... lol.

You can have sex hour on the hour, until God decides to allow you to become pregnant, carry the baby full term, and have it you want, sometimes there's so many different reasons that we can't conceive but know that when its your time, it will happen and if you think your pregnant take the guessing out of it, don't ask us about symptoms buy a pregnancy test, or go have one done, that way your mind don't create false symptoms, from wanting a baby so badly, don't work yourself into disappointment.

I think you have a good chance. I have been trying for 3 months to get pregnant. Every month I have the PMS symptoms and think it could be pregnancy. So you never really know unless you miss your period. I think it is so important to be unstressed, like you said. If you analyze it too much and how everyone else is pregnant or they all had no problems....it will take forever. I am impatient though. I always thought once you went off the pill it would be immediate....good luck to you!

Yes you have a chance! I hope it works out for you. You know I did your method for 9 months before concieving #2. So I don't think it has anything to do with how much you do it. #1 whenever I wanted to do it, #2 every other day for 9 months, and #3 just once. So I think it just depends. Good luck!

You should try to have sex every other day during your fertile period. That way you don't deplete your partners sperm count.
