please have you ever lived in a manufactured home? and how was your exprience with it? was it good exprience or bad exprience?
i am trying to find ways to save money for me and my family.

We haven't lived in one since we were younger, but we had 2 quite nice ones. The master suites were wonderful with big bedrooms and beautiful bath areas.
If you live on the gulf or lower east coast or in Tornado Alley (ie KS, OK, parts of TX etc) Do something different, though.

These things are no more than houses....period. Just make sure you own your own land that it sits on, or the leaser may end the lease and you are out in the cold.

I spent the night at my friends..It was like a mini apartment..very nice..very comfy..nice carpet..
