I'm not fond of Nevada, Arizona, or Missouri. Connecticut to cold. Louisiana to corrupt and Mississippi as well. Not to many choices left, Dice dealer looking for a home, thank you...

You mentioned most of the top spots- have you tried Atlantic City? That's the last place I can think of before cracking open the list of Indian Reservations... If that's not the direction that you are going- you might have the skills to look abroad- which sounds like it's the way you are heading.
Monaco is probably the coolest place in the world for high rollers and the lifestyle unbeatable. Gibraltar and Dubai have quite big gaming communities as well- and great international flavor.

Most countries have a need for good dealers- put your feelers out and get an idea in your mind of where in the WORLD you would like to call home.

Good luck!

There are many areas of Las Vegas that are considered "ghetto", but there a lot of nice areas. I live in a community called "Peccole Ranch" which is within the square mile of Charleston, Sahara, Hualapai, and Fort Apache. It's a very nice community that's beautifully landscaped, and has green belts built within which allows for some nice walks. It's located right next to Summerlin, and there's plenty to do around the area. Summerlin, of course, is a nice area. However, housing is more expensive there and some neighborhoods have attracted a lot of riff-raff thanks the housing boom of a few years ago. Some of these neighborhoods have homes that are rental properties. Green Valley in Henderson is also said to be a very nice area, but I live so far from it that I rarely make it out there. It would be a place to check out since it is rather close to the airport. Generally the farther you are from the Strip, the better. However there are way too many areas that are underdeveloped and have homes that are too cookie-cutter, and simply don't feel like neighborhoods that you would want to live permanently. Those areas are in the far northwest, North Las Vegas, and southwest part of the valley. Also avoid the southwest since the infrastructure is far underdeveloped and traffic is atrocious on the streets. Hope this helps.

Hey Dealer, have you ever thought about the big Casino in Hollywood, Florida, you know the Indian Reservation Casino? It's really nice there, I lived in a great neighborhood in Ft. Lauderdale and tho I did not go to the Casino I know a lot of people that did and you just can't beat that beach! Good Luck and Merry Christmas!
