Yeltsin is gone, Bush doesn't drink, what does this have to do with anything?

Boris Yeltsin is no longer the President of the Russian Federation. George Bush doesn't have the intelligence to press the button if required to do so. We are quite safe.

At the FTAA meetings in Quebec City (Canada) in April 2001, Bush was so drunk and/or high he fell out of his chair repeatedly. It was on Canadian television but probably they didn't show it in the States. Yeltsins a whole lot better than Bush. In Russia you have to drink because its really cold. Bush is quite obviously a cokehead. Stephen Harper is obviously high as a kite most of teh time as well. Unfortunately there are no drug tests for politicians and thus no hope that they will lead us to better things. Revolt and be done with them.
ps...the person who said Bush hasn't had a drink since 92 is wrong because when Bush came to visit Canada he charged a $10,000 bar bill to Canadian taxpayers and the newspapers published the menu they would be serving bush and all of the food was cooked in alcohol.

Well...Boris Yeltsin wouldn't be able to see the button anyway, would he? George W would probably blow up the UK in yet another friendly fire episode! So on the whole, humanity would probably be safe....us Brits however would be screwed!
