The songs won't work on your iPod, I've tried it. There's no way to put htem on, the only way to legally download music for your ipod is from itunes. Napster only works with certain types of MP3 players.

If what they are saying about Napster and your only paying to listen to them, then why are you?

There are Itunes and other sites that you legally purchase the music and its yours, it will only play on your ipod/computer/mp3 player. But that is not the only way to get music on your ipod. You can download music to your computer and then copy to your ipod. Or copy a CD to your ipod, all ok as long as its yours and you don't share your music.

like the new legal napster service? the subscription one?

no, that will NOT work with the iPod, and only "PlaysForSure" MP3 players can use it.

because you do not own the Music, you are only paying for the right to listen to it.

you may placed songs from iTunes onto the mp3 participant, yet you would possibly want to burn them onto a cd-r or cd-rw, and then rip them onto your domicile windows Media participant (Or a media participant of your determination, basically see you later as you recognize that's going to placed the songs onto your mp3 participant). I try this each and each and every one the time to placed songs i have offered from iTunes onto my innovative Zen Micro.
