I have knowedge of HTML, Frontpage, Java Script and Vb Script ....Now I wana to start my own web site ...wht Should I need to learn more regarding it

How about trying to learn ALOT of HTML and how about some PHP?

Since you already know this much, you should start off with designing the website.

For this, you will first need a server. You can use MS IIS or APACHE for this, if you decide to have SW server. If you make static pages, you will not need a server, just a ftp.

You will also need a domain registered. To do this contact ISP in your country.

You can try working on frontpage or dreamweaver to start making your website (if static) or visual studio (if dynamic).

For those of us, including me, who have absolutely no clue how to do any of that stuff, we go to geocities.com or freewebs.com (my preference).

I would say that you NEED To learn nothing else. HTML is pretty handy I imagine.
