Most of us only want to visit and be neighbors. The international community is only dealing with the globalists amongst us, because they are the only ones who want to spend their entire energy on 'the international community'. The rest of us liked our position pre-WW II, thank you very much.

We usually tend to trust the authorities (Prez etc.). And when the authorities themselves are crooks, it is easy for us to be misguided.
But have trust in us. Once we know the truth, we act on it. Believe it or not, we are an extremely fair people. Proof? Vietnam war. It is said that the war lost in the American living rooms - Americans revolted in disgust when they saw the massacre videos on their TV sets.

Americans in general are so busy worshiping material things they don't care what the world thinks. Look at the sitcoms on TV and that is the intelligence of most Americans.

Probably has much to do the the devaluation of education in America. Knowledge is strength, and lack of knowledge leads to ignorance and poor spelling.

It's not so much we're "naive". It's more like: we don't care.
To concern ourselves with the opinions and whims of the lesser nations of the world would be beneath us.
