Talk to them in a mature and civilized manner. Ask them what they expect would happen and what their concerns are. Perhaps they are afraid that you'll be shipped off to Hollywood and ripped off by a bunch of agents with broken promises and living behind an old gas station. If this is the case, then they need to be informed of how things really work.
In the meantime, audition for parts in your local (or nearest large city) theatre or playhouse. Perhaps once your parents see how you are in front of a croud, and notice your love and desire of acting, they may have a change of heart to your advantage.
Good luck. See you on the big screen!

They are your parents and you need to respect their wishes. Have you looked at the lives of older actors/singers who become big in their teens or tweens? The majority are addicted to drugs, they are with a different person every night, and they are completely immoral. Your parents are just trying to protect you from ruining your life. If you are still intent on breaking into the business I would suggest that you sit down with your parents and find out exactly why they don't want you to be signed to an agency. If they won't budge on letting you be signed then why not compromise, do local commercials freelance, audition for community and school theater productions, get acting lessons, join or create the drama ministry at your church. If acting is your passion go for it, but while doing it honor your parents wishes.
God Bless!!!

Your career may be fleeting....but your family is forever!!
Your parents care more for you and your dreams than you will ever (until you become a parent) know. Talk to them, listen to what they are saying and value their advice. If they are truly being unreasonable, you could sit down with them with a mediator....a church pastor or counselor...and have them help you to get your parents to hear your point of view.
God bless you and remember to honor you father and mother!

Talk to your parents about your dream. Tell them you want to go on your own and aren't a baby anymore. When they understand, just tell them you'll stay in touch with them whenever possible.

And most of those kids end up on drugs, alcohol, in rehab, accidents or dead.
Your Mom and Dad know what is best for you. Listen to them.

you could always get legally emancipated.
then your parents would not have control.
try doing things your parents will accept
like local jobs or performances that don't
require a contract.
