I think it's funny. I am pretty sure that people go up against eachother for points for best answer by giving everyone else who answered the same question a thumbs down. Cause I noticed that sometime when I answer with a really neutral response, I will still get a thumbs down along with everyone else who left an answer. Anyway, no biggie. Just an observation.

No no no. You guys aren't getting what I'm sayin. Lets say I answer a question. Then I go back in and mark everyone else's a thumbs down just to make their points lower as "voters choice" to make mine win. It has nothing to do with the asker's choice of best answer. It sounds lame and like a lot of effort for nothing, but I swear I think people do it.

Interesting. Are you explaining an activity of collaboration amongst the folks who post their answerer's here to obtain points? I just entered. Or are you responding that you feel your answerer's are not being thumbed in the right direction because there are folks who collaborate to fix votes in favor of particular friends etc?

I believe that most best answers, are Simply S tated with a bit of Originality, throw in a couple of compliments and you win. Its pretty random really. It depends if your answer says something that the asker wants to here. Just be honest and helpful and give your best opinion. Its all in fun really. Don't take it so seriously, your a winner no matter what. : )
