This might sound like a difficult question to answer, as none of us can be really sure of when we have conceived, but I am wondering if anyone has conceived after the ovulation period (the week before the next period). If so, did you experience a normal period, then find out you were pregnant? Or...did you miss it? I know...difficult question, but some people know the exact time they've conceived. Thanks!

i conceived late in my cycle! you can conceive at any time, even during your period!!! that's why they tell you that they only way to avoid unwanted pregnancy is to abstain. if you're trying to become pregnant, just remember that while some times have better chances to conceive, they all have at least a small chance!

Hi there honey. It should not make any difference when you conceived as to whether or not you miss your period. 99% of the time IF you have conceived you will totally miss your period no matter when during your cycle you conceived.
We have talked on here quite a bit about the fact that you can have a false period when you are pregnant, and that you can have a bit of spotting and still be pregnant. But, the reason those women write in is because they are worried and scared. The normal, typical situation (that no one writes in about) is that a woman will totally miss her period and probably not have any bleeding at all.
Take care of yourself and I hope that you are pregnant if that is what you want.
