To get your own website for free, you should either use Yahoo Geocities, or Google Page Creator. Both are free. Follow the instructions below for Geocities:
Go to http://geocities.yahoo.com. Click "Sign up Now", for the free version. Fill out the form, and get started! Creating the website is very easy, as there are pre-made templates, and all you will have to do is add text and pictures (if you desire).
Google Page Creator instructions are below:
This will require a Gmail account. You either need someone to invite you, or you need a mobile phone (mail.google.com). You can access Page Creator at http://pagecreator.google.com. Creating your website with page creator essentially works the same way as Geocities.
