Yes, I believe there is intelligent life on Mars. I believed this is so from the time I read the book : Fly-ing Saucers From Mars.

There could be, recent photos of an area on Mars showed what appeared to be mudslides, which were not there on the original photos taken a few years ago.
So if there is still water flowing, there may well be a strong possibility of life of some sort, even if it is only microbes.

No. There is no human life on Mars.You haven't been there because we don't have that kinda technology.The Hubble Space Telescope however did find some weird things that looked like plants on Mars.

Actually I think not. I live on Mars and sent in my subscrition for Life Magazine months ago and have not received a single copy. My copies of Newsweek and Time ariive with no problem.

There have never been reports to confirm that there was intelligent life on mars, but they have found microbes and other single celled organisms in rock samples and ice.
