One of 2 possible reasons.
1. You fasten it tighter on your wrist because you are stronger after gym class.......OK, this is unlikely.
2. Increased activity causes an increase in heart rate and an increase in blood passing through arteries and veins. This greater flow will cause expansion of both of these vessels causing your watch band to be tighter. Also, if you swing your arms a lot during gym activity, it may increase the amount of lymph in the distal parts of your arms. (more likely than answer number 1)

I'm no biologist but I'll take a guess. When you get hot blood vessels come to the surface to lose more heat and also your blood pressure increases when excersizing so maybe thats it

in case you place on your watch on the wrist of your dominant hand, there is extra of of project that the watch gets broken. No psychology right here, in basic terms the actuality which you employ that hand extra and consequently are extra probably to break the watch. even regardless of the indisputable fact that, my husband, who has frontal lobe harm, used to positioned on his watch on the wrist of his dominant hand and saved breaking his watches till I instructed him to alter it to his left wrist. So consistent with risk there is a few type of psychological rationalization in that difficulty. it particularly is interesting. i've got in no way theory to income this till now. thank you!
