You're a little late to have a red and green poinsetta for the holiday season. You're giving it too much light. It needs to be in the dark for about 16 hours a day, and then some of the leaves will turn red (or white, if that is the variety you have).

We have kept ours from last year, it is also completely green, the instructions that came with it was to discard after the 'flowering' has finished, but it still looks a very attractive houseplant all the same, so we use it to contrast with the one on the cill we got given us this year.
