I think giving them alliterative names like that takes away some of they're individuality. How about Madison and Ethan? Let them be individual people, they'll be known as "the twins" forever. Names that sound alike don't help.

Madison and Matthew are really cute, but... Wouldn't their nicknames end up being Maddy and Matty when they're little??? This could create a lot of confusion. Emma and Ethan are cute. I really like the name Emma Lea.

I love the name Matthew but I think Madison is WAYY to popular and overused. I like Emma and Ethan better and Emma and Matthew really the best but it doesn't start with the same letter. I like Emma Lea. My friends name is Leah Emma :-)

I like Emma Lea and Ethan, that's really adorable! Madison is a very pretty name, but it is one of the most popular names right now, and Mathew is old fashion. I like the secound choice, goodluck.

Madison is pretty, but a little too common for my taste. Don't go with Matthew -- it's soooooo overused!!!

I love them all. I like the different take on Emily with Emma Lea.
I like the name Mitchell for a boy a little more than Mathew. It's not quite as common. It's cute for a boy and yet will be masculine enough for a man when he gets older.
