is it better to work for UPS or the USPS?

USPS, as a government employee, you are likely to get significantly better pension and pay than most of the private sector. Government workers also tend to have very strong unions that give them a lot of work condition benefits. Plus you get a lot of holidays off.

Probable FedEX cause they have cheep flying trips. However thing about what you actually like to do in your spare time, especially what you like when you were 6 or 11 years old. That is your favorate and a job doing that, would most definately make you love it more and stay longer. Make what you like a Career. People eventually hate or quit jobs

Postal Service has great benefits and great pay,and you get holidays off. If I had my choice I would go for the USPS
