I'd like to drive a car,I'm 17 and in my country we can't get a drivers license until we are 18 and I would kill my next door neighbor. We live in a duplex and our laws say that we have to get her permission to do different things like paint the house, build a garage. She's very mean and she always says no to everything we ask her.I'd also like to go sky diving but as my mum doesn't let me and I'm not 18 I can't.
