i have a white cap and i don't wanna lose it.
it has some moss like black spots(one that u get when u put a white cloth into water for a few days) on it.
So, any of u guys can help me.
plz...

You could wash it but if you don't want to risk damaging it more you could take it to the drycleaner. They have special detergents for that kind of thing. Mold doesn't usually come out in the wash.

First off....get a tooth brush and dip it in a bleach and water mixture. Gentle scrub the areas with the black dots. Once you have done the whole thing....send it through the dishwasher. Make sure you put it on the top rack. If you use a regular washer or the bottom rack of the dish washer the hat will become deformed!!!!!

if it is all white and a sturdier material i would totally feel comfortable washing it in hot or warm water with detergent and bleach. you may need to wash it two or three times. then air dry it.

Do you mean mould? I suggest putting it through the wash, and Im afraid to keep it white you may have to bleach it. But if it has mould on it you should definitly wash it, you dont want to smell!!!

if u don't get it washed asap then it could stain and never come out b/c tht happened to one of my friends' shirts.....neways try washing it in warm water with bleach and detergant...........if tht don't work then take it to a dry cleaners and ask if they'll clean it for you and get it out............good luck and Merry Christmas
