I know of something that you can do on the computer to make money, doesn't require any fees either upfront or at any time, and you don't even have to leave the house. Your only investment is time, and only a little bit of it a week!
And no, it's not CashCrate, Treasure Trooper, any PayPal chain mail schemes, or any survey nonsense. It's global, too! And no spam or viruses will fill your mailbox!
Over 100,000 web surfers have signed up since the site went online 4 weeks ago! It'll only grow even more! The time to sign up is now !
If you or anyone reading this is interested, please click on my ID and click on the email link or IM me if I'm online. I cannot go into details here or provide a URL link so as not to get in trouble with Yahoo or its TOS.
BTW, if you're under 18, you'll need parental permission before signing up.

In my day the 60's, I made money delivering newspapers on my bike, mowed lawns and shoveled walks. Now that it is 2006 I wish I had an answer for you. The world has changed. Don't give up. I'll try to keep thinking

Find jobs in your neighborhood, ask people if they need their grass cut, leaves raked, snow shovled, or even cars washed. And then put all the money you make that year back and buy supplies for what ever job you have aquired and then the next year i promise you will make twice as much.

You could find things to sell on the eBay online auction site and get one of your parents or someone over 18 to sell them via their eBay account. They can set up a free Paypal account (owned and operated by eBay) to accept payments then give you the money.
There are help pages on eBay that explain how to create an advert page, articles on the net and you can ask on here. The easiest way is to find someone in your area who has done it before, to show you how.
The things to sell could be stuff from your attic, friends or relatives attics or from second-hand or charity shops or end-of-line /closing-down sale items from stores.

You could try this. At thirteen you're old enough: I've found this web site that pays you to complete offers and take online surveys. There are lots of sites like it but this one works best for me. Maybe it'll work for you, too.

Sign up and complete your first offer to activate. From there, you decide how much you make at it.
