I think to fight global warming, we must find new soloutions.
so I think by planting trees in desert we could save some huge parts of the earth from being directly exposed to the sun, so it would help to make it cooler, and we also be able to turn deserts to green fields.
so what do you think, and how do we get enough water to those lands ?

It is known that desert areas kind of repel rainy weather while green fields attract it. So the best solution is to slowly replant these areas starting at the edges of the desert and maybe helping it with water from ground source or desalinized sea water. But the fact that deserts are growing due to the fact that people use wood as an energy source must first be adressed by providing alternative energy sources for these people.

Many of these deserts had water and trees at one time, Man and mother nature altered all of that and they became sand. The large lakes in Africa are falling in level drastically as we speak, Glaciers are melting fast, sounds like they have had it any way, push one near the desert with a large ship, non Titanic type and pump the melting water to the desert. You might want to desalt as much water that the glacier is floating on and pump lots of that too. Setting off all the nuclear devices in the world at the same time would resolve the problem pretty quick, theoretically, all the moisture in the air would drop to the earth, covering most of it.
