Don't quite know what you're after but Europe doesn't use ZIP codes. That's an American thing and stands for Zone Improvement Plan. It's a way of directing mail more accurately. In Britain we use 'Postcodes' and if you can access the Royal Mail site on Google you can do a postcode search. Alternatively try BT (British Telecoms) where you can search for a telephone number and you get the number, address, postcode and a map.
