Verizon and Verizon Wireless are 2 separate Comp. Verizon Wireless shares the stock w/ their employees since it is still a privately owned comp.

I know someone who has stock in Heinz. He pays the same price as everyone else for his ketchup and pickles. I doubt you'd get a discount.

No. If you have Strabucks shares yoiu don't get cheap coffee so why should you get a discount on your phone service if you have Verizon shares?
