I can't recieve e-mails from my friend who has a charter.net account.?

Please help!!! I really need to communicate w/ her!!!

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes wanted email ends up there... Also is she sending it to the correct address? Since the problem is on her end, have her call her internet service provider to try to get this resolved

Please provide more information. What email client are you using? Yahoo, outlook express? Do you have your email settings to only receive mail from people on your contact list?
