Divorce, or annulment, I don't care, I just need it quick! Does anyone know if you HAVE to file for annulment in the state you married? or where ever your living now?

u have to file in the state and county you are currently living in. You have to be a resident of that county for a certain amount of time before you can file, usually 30 days.

Annulment in the state you were married in, plus YOUR husband must also accept this decision. Otherwise, divorce him and there is no quick divorce! Nowhere. Fastest place to start is in the same place you were married. Less paperwork to be filed!

Mutually agreed on? Or by default? Most states have a minimum required residency. Arizona used to be 30 days, and I believe they were one of the more lenient ones on residency.

It also depends if there's property involved or children or joint debt.
