T-shirt and Sweatshirt?

I saw a girl I know wearing a small t-shirt, (not like a large athletic one) over a small gray sweatshirt. Is this being fashion forward, or does it just look kind of stupid?

That seems like it could be very unattractive. Probably not very slimming. I wouldn't try it if thats what you were thinking. Sorry.

Well, I wear t-shirts over regular plain long-sleeved shirts ALL the time, but I don't know about sweatshirts. I think that would look a little weird.
