It is true, Before I didn't have my (spiritual) eyes enlightened because of the darkness of this world, saturated by our carnal living.
I realized my life needed change and only ONE God is capable of resurrecting my polluted spirit and soul.
When I recieved Jesus Christ to live in me, I never was the same again. I now have a supernatural peaceful, joyfull and healed life! Full of Love!
You can do the same thing as I did, only believe by faith and I pray 17I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit[f] of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. 18I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you.

I found the key to unlocking the Word in James chapter 1. Study this and God will take you as Deep into His Word as you are able to comprehend and really want to go. The Gospel is a simple message, but, the Word of God is an awesome journey.

I believe that Jesus is the Christ, the son of the Living God.
I have carefully thought out the words "open the eyes of my heart, Lord" and usually change it in my prayers to "Open the eyes of my brain, Lord" because that contains all of my thoughts, bad or good.
Because Jesus was both human and divine, many people have a problem understanding this concept.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. John: 1,2.
Merry Christmas my fellow Christians and may we all learn to live in peace and harmony with each other, and accept and give love to everyone, regardless of their beliefs.

Please don't peg me as the anti-Christ, this needs a little explanation. No, I don't believe that Jesus is God. He appeared at a particular place and time in order to lead men back to the Father. As far as I can see, Jesus never directly said he was God...he was the representative of God. There are those who believe that an individual soul can, by meditation , become God, but that is impossible. Jesus, to my way of thinking, manifested God by actualizing the potential of Divine Love that was within him, as the same love is in EVERY one. I don't knock anyone for beleiving in Christ, but take a look around the various scriptures of the other major religions; they will not lead you astray but only deepen your faith in the One Triune God.

I fully understand where you are coming from. The people of the dark who are absent of the light will try to discourage you because they won't make the effort to move from where there at . They are scared of change and as you know they will change. The people of the light should brighten the path for all to follow. The word Christ is a Greek word for light. Am not trying to offend anybody but I don’t believe that Jesus is god or the son of god in my religion we believe that he is a prophet and that all prophets are equal.

yes i do for he gotten me out of all the darkness in my life,he's healed me and nourished me so i can stand up to the world's cruel ways and i ma strong cuz of him,he gives me love and strength.thankyuo for giving me hope that there still r ppl out there that believe in christ,the son of God
