Until the children grow up and become self sufficient.

We are thinking of our rights. What about children's rights? Dont they have a right to parental love at home when they come back from school?

Great question! I would say school age. However, I wouldn't just go out and get a job! I would go out and get schooling myself. Nursing is a hot spot for employment, so that's probably where I would focus. When the kids get to the point they are fairly self sufficient, you are prepared to get a career job, not some burger flipping joke.

as long as she wants. personally for me I would take a part time job at mother's hours taking all school vacations off when the youngest started school.

When they start school, get a part-time job - so you can still drop them off and pick them up... ;D
