This will wipe all of your data.

Insert the Dell system CD, reboot.

At the very start, hold down the F12 key.

Boot from CD

Follow the prompts

Delete the partitions, then create a new one that is the entire size of your disk

Reinstall Windows onto that disk using the CD process.

depends on what you want to do. a simple format and windows install, or format, partition, dual boot windows and linux... formatting is easy, go to my computer, right click the drive you want to format and click format. it will restart and format the drive. but ake sure you know what you are doing befoer you do it becuse there is no going back.
