Nigeria doesn't have punishment for scammers. The emails are sometimes obvious as the spelling and grammar are not great. The eBay ones are good, but look at the Status bar when you mouse over the link. I used to get them all of the time until I forwarded them all to spoof@ebay.com. I would forward the scam emails to spam@uce.gov. If it is too good to be true...

they don't care. they have more important things to do besides someone trying to ripoff Americans. they will prob say its their own stupidity for falling for the scam and got what they deserve.

do like I do just delete the e mail and put the e mail address on your block list.
