Moved in apt. May of 06. Can't get a good signal on cell, w/ Verizon. There are 3 levels. I am on bottom, guy above me (Mohamid!) has 3 dishnetwork satelite dishes & people on 3rd floor said they can use their phones. I mentioned the problem to the guy above me. He said he gets a signal & the dishes wouldn't have anything to do with hit. Would this interfere w/ my signal? I am on my 4th phone now and seems to be worse! Have to talk outside! Thanks

I can use my phone anywhere else. Car, work, outside of the apt.

The sat. dishes should have no effect on your phone but I have had problems with my signal on a bottom floor of an app. Another big cause of bad signal loss is metal roofs are under power lines.

My boyfriend works for Dish Network and he said that they don't interfere with cell phone signal it would have to be something else like metal or wiring in the walls. it really could be anything. He said that it is usually the other way around that cell phone interfere with the satellite signal. I hope I have help a little.
