I have a feeling this dork is talking about World of Warcraft. No there isn't a hack that would let you level up that fast. Besides maybe people you can lend your account to that would do the leveling for you...
Either way, people would look down on you because you still would be a noob unless this was another character you were too lazy with. You also run the risk of Blizzard just shutting down your account and other things.
