yes try using a make up remover not a cream though use a make up remover pad. or resolve tough actio is really good.

Spot shot & a white cloth. You can buy it any place you buy other carpet stuff. It is a spray, you soak it, then pat with the cloth until dry. Never rub hard. This will take anything out of carpet that can be put there by kids, dogs, cats or husbands. It's great.

buy a can of Vanish foam carpet cleaner and be more careful with your mascara wand next time :o)

Try using whatever you use to remove it. Sometimes that will work.
Otherwise, try Resolve or something.
