It used to be very cold by the middle of Oct. and we'd see a least
a dusting of snow. Not much snow past winters but lots of rain
that froze to make it icy in the morning and also heavy mist and
fog that put a thin later of ice on everything always thawed out by
9am. We've been seeing alot of very wet flooding summers the
past three years and more rain on the way at Xmas. We are in an
area in SE PA where the elevation is high and heavily forested.
The area wil experience an ice storm, however an area less than
1/4 mile will get nothing. If you come from town and travel up to
this elevation it's like another world.

I am located in Canada and 48 years old. This Christmas will be the first without any snow on the ground of my life. Summers are much hotter. But a part of the problem is that for Canadians it is hard not to be happy about warmer temperatures.
