I prefer calling over texting. I only text important messages because I have limited text that I try not to go over, but calling I can do more of.

It is because of texting that our youths cannot spell. It also provides them with an excuse not t o talk.
I prefer to telephone or meet at starbucks and talk. I may even have a sausage sandwich at asda or tesco. Conversation is dead due to things like tv and texting. (anyone bored yet) Therefore as I mentioned previously in my answer I prefer to call.
Merry Christmas.

Calling....over in Korea I preferred texting cause it didn't cost anything and it was just so much easier cause everyone had texting abilities but over here it's not like that.

As I have my son studying in the UK and I live abroad its expensive to call everyday, so I text or chat with him on the msn everyday but at least once a week I call him, love hearing his voice.
