Brees struggled through his worst outing of the season, going 21-for-38 for 207 yards with no touchdowns, an interception and 59.9 passer rating. It was the first time since Sept. 25 that Brees did not throw a TD pass after throwing five the previous week in a win over Dallas. Don't expect Brees to be down for too long, he still leads the NFL with 4,240 passing yards and has 25 touchdown passes this season. There was a chance might have been a little overconfident against the struggling Redskins.
Manning was 28-for-40 for 282 yards and two interceptions, including one late that was returned 15 yards for a score to seal Philadelphia's 36-22 win over the New York Giants. His 69.0 passer rating was his lowest in three games. Manning didn't lose the game for the Giants on Sunday, he did a nice job of running the offense, but at times he can try to do too much. He know has 17 interceptions in the season.
Your best bet is Drew Brees because he has been really consistent lately and will earn you more fantasy points than Eli Maninng might.

Brees definitly, with his supporting cast playing well,he could play better if his offensive line blocks for him. It could be eli, if he corrects his throwing mechanics
