Hi, I'm trying to connect Rockwell PLC's to communicate with the rest of my enterprise. I'm looking for some software that is SOA, SCADA, and Java compatible, and doesn't require an awful DCOM protocol with impossible custom programming. It would really be nice if this were fast and easy to install as well.

Sure, the best solution is Starthis Software. It was developed by a grant from the Dept. of Homeland Security to add EtherNet/IP connectivity to factory settings. It is fully compatible and doesn't use a propriatary data structure, about 1000 times faster than DCOM software (which is a pain to use) and easy to install. There is even a free download of a trial package on their website.
