depending on what was commited, it takes time, and EVERYTHING gets better, i
no one is ever a bad person, some make bad decsicions some make terrible ones, but as long as we able to feel remorse for what we did makes you a better person as it is, time and forgiveness and respect will all come when its time and remember **** happens, not everything is under your control but the main thing is that you acknowledge what was commited helps you feel better , talkin to those of the incident which caused the guilt usualy the best way or if your guilty and dont want to say anything to those involved the best way is the hardest way, but you have to make that effort to make right what was wrong

Hope you mean trapped with guilt. The truth is the only thing that releases guilt. THE ONLY THING!!! Don't try to side set it, it won't do. Don't try to psychoanalyze it, it won't work. Confess! This way all you need to do is accept whatever punishment (no matter how severe) is dished out. I would much rather be upset because I got taken to the wood shed, than live with the guilt for a long time. Guilt actually affects ones health. Punishment...rarely!

It doesn't make a difference how guilty you are, what matters now is how to decide to become a better person and move on..ask for forgiveness to the people and there is always a time to make up.Forgiving yourself takes the pressure off of you for not being perfect. And, it gets rid of guilt. You must learn to forgive yourself before you can forgive others. Learn something from your mistakes.
Sometimes we pay the price for someone's fault...but we've learned lesson that we can't be unforgiving for every man's mistake..Do we deserve to get into situation that is not our fault? what is this teaching us? we deserve to ask forgiveness to ourselves and forgive theother person to move on..sometimes it is not easy to forgive but we can't live blaming the person who made our life miserable. there is always a lesson learned and we recognized how we became a better person from these mistakes.
God bless,

yes anyone can change if they have the will, and realize what they did was wrong. have to ask the lord for forgiveness, and know u have been forgiven, and than forgive yourself for whatever it was. than move forward in life and don't do the things anymore ever. to become a better person think it can only happen if we live in the will of god, and the only way to know his will, is read his book. doesn't just occur overnight, it is basically something we must grow into. takes time and hard work, but eventually if we try hard enough it happens for us. only the lord can change us, we can't really do it within our own strength or will. but it has to be us who invites him into our hearts, as he will never push himself on us. good luck

Release the guilt. Once you can forgive yourself you can start.
