??? Origin? Meaning? Beat?
I can tell you that country music started somewhere around Bakersfield Ca. after the Great Dust-bowl, people (Okies) moving west made it to ca. and one of the few things they brought with them was their music. A conglomeration of East, Midwest, and western styles resulted in, what you hear today.

lol. Well, often the guys wear hats like yours. lol They usually play a guitar too. There are lots of country songs that you may know. Turn on the radio. You can listen to any type of music for free if you download itunes. Then click on the radio genre you want to hear--country.

I have no idea what you are talking about...there are hundreds of thousands...millions of country songs...which ones are you referring to?
If you are asking what are country songs then they are about tradgedy, simple things in life and many times have a little hook in the song...like a play or words or an ironic twist..it started mostly in the south of the US...

We Danced.
I Love This Bar.
The Grundy County Auction(Sold).
Two Pina Coladas.
Country songs evoke strong feelings, using small town references to everyday occurrences, which are displayed vocally in a common poor-folk southern American twang, usually accompanied by a guitar or a fiddle. There are lots, hope this helped.
