It all depends where you live. The middle of the country does not have any rain, but on the east coast a giant wave of precipitation is coming. On the west coast a little rain is predicted.

Yes it is. Some where in the world it is supposed to rain today. Is id going to rain at your house on your Bday? I would have to know at least what part of the country you live! Try the weather channel.
