"all day I dream" is right, I think. Say you are 1 second older than your friend at burth.
Then, tomorrow, December 24th, you take off in a rocket ship traveling almost the speed of light. When you return, your friend will have aged drastically. Say she has aged 2 seconds.
That means that at SOME time while you are gone, your friend catches up to you and passes you. From your perspective, since you have already accelerated to near the speed of light, she has surpassed your age. From hers, since you have not decelerated and landed yet, you are still older than she is.

This implies that you and your friend are the same age. By "older" I assume you mean that the age is greater than or equal to...
The property you refer to is called the antisymmetric property.
This comes from set theory and the notion of an order relation on a set.

Did your friend who was older than you go to a distant massive star and return back to earth? Massive bodies got the ability to slow time due to their heavy gravitational pull.

Theatrically, moving at the speed of light will make time go faster. No one can do that because they would incinerate into oblivion, so this is impossible.
