It will burn fine, knock off the heavy stuff by striking the log on the ground.
No problems.

The wood is seasoned, which means it has aged and is not 'green.' This means it will burn faster than freshly cut wood and will catch on fire more quickly.
Some of the wood with the worst fungus on them can be pitched, but you probably should try to knock off some of the debris first to see if it comes off easily and is salvageable. Try to cover it with a plastic tarp before another rain or snow comes along once it is dry from the last one. That will keep it dry and better for use.
Tis the season for a cup of cocoa by a warm fire. Enjoy!

Nothing wrong with it. With the riseing cost of fuel oil and other heating fuels wood heat is the cheapest to burn. Enjoy.
