Can you tell me the best place to look to find some full time and/or weekend general office administration work?

Can you name any relevant newspapers/magazines/journals/websites in this respect?

You didn't say where you are, so it's kind of difficult to direct you to a good newspaper. For example, if you live in India, it doesn't make sense for me to suggest an American newspaper.

However, there are on-line sites that cover the world. Try the Yahoo Jobs feature for example (hotjobs).
