Maria C is right, you do not need a visa. You will only need your valid Maltese passport. Make sure is at least 6 months valid after the day of arrival to Mexico :)

Your Maltese passport is good to go, as European passport holders have no problem travelling to the States & Mexico.. On the outbound flight you'll be given a short form to fill out - Make sure you have an address where your staying - Its simple so enjoy have fun and don't forget to send me a postcard!!!!

Not if you are a US Lawful Permanent Resident and are going on a temporary trip as a TOURIST.
